Our only colour.

On the prickly pears at Guatiza lives a small grey insect. Crush it and your fingers turn crimson. For two centuries it dyed the robes of cardinals, and it is the only colour we allow ourselves: the dot in our mark.

The bottle

Heavy clear glass with a 17 mm floor, a brass collar and a cap cut from basalt gathered in the vineyards. Every stone is different, so every bottle weighs a little differently.

Refills

Bring or post the bottle back to La Casa and we refill it for 40% less than a new one. We keep the stone.

Delivery

Across Europe in three to five days, in a box pressed from vine prunings. Free over €150.

Where it sits

Stratum IV, between 54 and 72 ml of every Malpaís.

Cochinilla is poured fourth into the signature, in the order the island was made. Here it is lit, with the other four dimmed around it.
